Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery address and the total amount at the time of your order. Free shipping is applied from 1850 € excluding VAT and from €500 excluding VAT for a restock. (Second order)
Delivery times: We work with UPS, and the average delivery times are 1 to 2 days for Belgium/Netherlands/Luxembourg, 2 to 3 days for France, and 4 to 5 days for the rest of Europe.

Return
We do not accept returns unless there is prior written agreement from the management.
In the case of a defective item, it will, of course, be possible to make an exchange or a credit note with prior agreement from the management.
How to measure your head size?
Nothing could be simpler. Take a tape measure or print out our tape measure and assemble it according to the instructions. Then position the tape around your head where the hat would rest (usually between 0.5 and 1 cm above the ears). Do not tighten the tape too much, as this could lead to a measurement error.
Once you have measured, find your size in the table below. If your main size falls between two sizes, it's better to choose the larger size for more comfort.
