Delivery & Returns

Packages are usually shipped within 2 days after receiving your order, and your brand ambassador will be notified. Your packages are shipped via UPS. We will send you a link to track your package online. The box dimensions are appropriate, and your items are properly protected.

If you wish to revise your order, please contact your brand ambassador, and they will take care of the process for you.

Within fifteen (15) days after receiving the products, Herman 1874 will refund the amounts already paid, minus any shipping costs. The refund will be processed using the same payment method you chose when placing your order.

You can exchange an item for a different color or size, or for another item of the same price or cheaper. If it's cheaper, we will refund the difference to you. If you want to exchange for a more expensive item, you need to initiate a return and order the new item from our eshop.

To initiate a return or exchange, complete the form included with your package with the return codes and quantities, and, if applicable, with the new size or color you wish to exchange for. Include this form with the items in the package. Reuse the original box. Affix our address label to your delivery address. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, so don't forget to affix postage to your package. Note that you are responsible for the package until it reaches us, so we recommend using registered shipments.
