There is no minimum quantity. You can purchase individual items.

The shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery address and the total amount of your order.

Free shipping is applied for orders over €1850 excluding VAT and for orders over €500 excluding VAT for a reorder (second order)

We only accept payment by bank transfer.

We work with UPS, and the delivery times are typically 1 to 2 days for Belgium/Netherlands/Luxembourg, 2 to 3 days for France, and 4 to 5 days for the rest of Europe.

In the case of absence during delivery, the customer will be responsible for the representation fees, storage fees at the carrier, and all other related costs due to the absence.

We do not accept returns unless there is prior written agreement from management.

In the case of a defective item, it will be possible to exchange it or issue a credit note with prior approval from management
